Fudge for the holidays

Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract (NM photo)

FUDGE

Preheat 350 degrees

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 sq unsweetened chocolate
½ lb butter
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla (I like Nielsen-Massey Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract)

Directions
Melt chocolate and butter
Beat eggs til foamy and pour over chocolate/butter
Add sugar and stir (don’t beat)
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, stir.
Bake in greased 8 inch sq pan for 25 min.
Cool on rack and slice into squares.
