Easy holiday dessert to bring or put out
Chocolate Snow Balls
Ingredients
11/4 c butter
23 c sugar
2 c flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 c ground pecans
2/3 c cocoa
11/2 c chocolate bits
1 tsp vanilla (I use Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract
Conf sugar
Directions
Cream butter and sugar
Add vanilla
Blend-in flour salt and nuts then cocoa
Stir in choc bits and refrig til cold
Make balls and place on greased cookie sheet
Bake 3550 degrees for 15-20
Cool and roll in conf sugar
