Mary Lou's college care package fudge
While known to many as the turkey hot-line voice at Thanksgiving, the late Mary Lou Joksimovic was known among her children's friends for her amazing fudge. Fortunately, she didn't mind sharing her recipe. Because it freezes well, the fudge was perfect to pack inside the care packages sent off to college. The fudge is a great treat to make now before winter break is over so it can leave the house with the returning student. (Save some for yourself)
