The National Restaurant Association has a new report and an upcoming info session on menu changes that are worth reading for anyone in the food service industry.

The report breaks down solutions and trends from such pivot points as survival and restarting to strengthening and growth. It includes a variety of areas from deleting menu items to add-ons and low-cost, high profit items.  Visit Report/menu solutionspostpandemic.

The info session, a Q and A webinar with three industry experts, is “Menu Strategies and Opportunities in the Post COVID-19 World” on July 16, 2020 at 1 p.m. CST.

Experts are Kruse Company President Nancy Kruse who writes a monthly column in Nation’s Restaurant News, Technomic Principal Dolnna Hood Crecca, an alchol marketplace researcher and consultant, and Technomic Senior Research Manager Lizzy Freier who covers trending food and beverage industry flavors, ingredients and preparations.
